Premier Crown Trading Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards). Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receipt. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or industrial action. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our returns policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our returns policy.
Product descriptions
We take care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours accurately. Hair products may vary slightly in shade, texture, and length due to the natural nature of the material. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Wholesale terms
Wholesale customers are subject to additional terms agreed at the time of account setup. Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. We reserve the right to withdraw wholesale pricing at any time.
