Standard UK orders are dispatched same day if placed before 2 pm on a working day, and typically arrive within 1–2 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.

We currently ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland. International shipping to Europe and beyond is available for wholesale orders above £500 — contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

All orders are packaged in discreet, protective packaging. Wholesale orders are bundled and labelled by product type. We do not include pricing information in the package, making it suitable for drop-shipping arrangements.

All orders are sent with tracked shipping. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order reference and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Hair that has been removed from its packaging, washed, or styled cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% human hair — no synthetic blends, no animal hair, no misleading grade labels. We source cuticle-aligned hair directly from suppliers in India, Vietnam, and Cambodia and quality-check every batch before dispatch.

Our wholesale programme is open to registered businesses including hair salons, beauty supply stores, independent stylists, wig makers, and online resellers. We may ask for proof of business registration for accounts ordering above £1,000 per month.

For orders under £1,000 per month, no formal registration is required. For larger accounts or those requesting credit terms, we may ask for your Companies House number or a VAT registration number.

Yes. Our Business and Bulk wholesale tiers include private label options. We can supply products without Premier Crown branding, and for bulk orders we can arrange custom packaging with your logo. Contact us to discuss private label requirements.
