Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
Packaging
All orders are packaged in discreet, protective packaging. Wholesale orders are bundled and labelled by product type. We do not include pricing information in the package, making it suitable for drop-shipping arrangements.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order reference. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
International orders
International shipping is currently available to the Republic of Ireland and selected EU countries for wholesale orders above £500. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping costs to your location.
